Hello Thrill Seekers!
I am having fun in Italy right now, but I’ve been thinking about what a great time I had at the Nottoway Guitar Camp this past June! I loved spending 4 days & nights with my friends talking, playing, and learning. I am already looking forward to my next camp in Cambria, California with my good friends Pat Bergeson, Jim Nichols, and Joe Robinson!
For those of you who don’t know, here’s a little more info about what happens at the camp:
It does not matter what skill level you are. If you have a passion for the guitar and a thirst for knowledge, my guitar camps are the place to be. We spend the days having guitar classes and fellowship. We talk, eat, learn, and play together. We focus on things such as strumming techniques, improving the groove, different fingerpicking styles, harmonics, improvisation ideas, how to learn songs, tone, touch, timing, arrangements… we cover it all! At night, the instructors and I have some amazing jam sessions. On the final night, we have a student show where you can show us what you learned. If you want me to jam with you… I will. I absolutely love it!
The resort where we’re holding camp, Cambria Pines Lodge, is amazing! Cambria is right in between Los Angeles and San Francisco: it’s a 4 hour drive from both those cities. The closest airport is in San Luis Obispo which is 40 miles away from Cambria. There are direct flights to San Luis Obispo from Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Francisco.
As an added bonus to all those who attend Cambria, at check-in you will get a signed CD of my new solo album, It’s Never Too Late, one week before it comes out!
There are less than 10 spots left for the Cambria Camp, so reserve your spot now! Click here tommyemmanuelguitarcampusa.com/california/ or any of the images for more details… thanks for your love and support!
